How much does delivery cost?
Shipping for all clothing items is a flat $10. All items are dispatched within 48 hours of order unless otherwise specified on website.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. If you have an address, we can arrange for the Kula_Lunge System and or accessories to be delivered direct to you.
How long does delivery take?
Turnaround time within Australia is between 3 to 7 days from point of dispatch. Overseas will take longer.
How can I track my items?
Once your order has been dispatched, your Tracking ID will be emailed to you.
Will you send me a shipping confirmation email once my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. You will also receive an email with a unique Tracking ID to allow you to track your parcel. Additional communication by email and SMS is to be expected from the carrier to organise a smooth delivery of your parcel.
Do you offer click and collect?
We do offer a click and collect service, available only from our Karalee Office. (exact address to be provided with your Click & Collect invoice).
Once your order is ready for collection, which will be within 24 business hours, you will receive a collection notification via email. From the day you receive this notification, you will have 10 days to collect your order from the Karalee based workshop. There is no postage or delivery cost for Click & Collect.
Can I exchange or return my click and collect order?
We are happy to exchange or return your product/s for change of mind within 14 days of purchase. All we ask is that all products you are exchanging are in original condition, intact packaging, and your proof of purchase is included. A refund will be processed for the order into your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
No payment or refund options are available at the click and collect distribution point.
Returns & Refunds
What is the Returns and Exchanges Policy on Kula_Lunge Training System and Kula_Lunge accessories?
Firstly, if you are unhappy with the product you have received please be sure to tell us why.
Kula Lunge will gladly give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. This includes full priced and sale products. Change of mind purchases can be returned at your own cost within 14 days from the original transaction date, along with the original proof of purchase.
Change of mind returns will only be accepted if the item is in original packaging (ie. the bag it came in – undamaged).
Items discounted with a faulty reason code cannot be returned for the original fault specified or for change of mind.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to do.
Nb. Colours may vary depending on the resolution of your screen and the webbing dyeing process.
AfterPay purchases will be refunded to the customer’s AfterPay account until such time as the agreement between the customer and AfterPay has ceased. Please see AfterPay Terms and Conditions for more information.
Kula Lunge refund policy in no way limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
